Edmonton Operations produce 50 million cases of drinks per year across their 7 manufacturing lines. The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink every hour consisting of BIB, PET and Glass bottling. As a site Edmonton is single source production in GB for both Bag In Box and Oasis.

The site employees over 200 people across Manufacturing, QESH and Engineering. For the right candidate there is excellent career opportunities, both within the Edmonton Plant and further afield across other GB and Pan-European locations within the CCEP network.

About the role:

As a Warehouse Team Lead/Shift Manager, you will play a key role in the safe, efficient and effective operation of our Edmonton Distribution operation.

Leading a team on shift, you’ll be responsible for delivering daily operational performance while creating an engaging, inclusive and high‑performing environment for your colleagues. This is a hands‑on operational management role, requiring strong people leadership, sound decision‑making and a proactive approach to safety, service and continuous improvement.

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, and flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Lead and supervise warehouse colleagues on shift, ensuring daily plans are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Allocate work, set clear expectations and provide direction throughout the shift
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, food safety and housekeeping, acting immediately on any risks
  • Monitor and manage performance against operational targets such as productivity, service and quality
  • Address operational issues as they arise, making timely decisions to protect service and safety
  • Support colleague engagement through regular communication, feedback and visible leadership on the warehouse floor
  • Manage attendance, timekeeping and absence in line with company policies
  • Identify and implement practical continuous improvement opportunities within the operation
  • Act as a role model for company values, behaviours and ways of working

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in an operational warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
  • Previous team leadership or shift supervision experience in a fast‑paced operation
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Health & Safety and safe systems of work
  • Confident managing performance, attendance, and day‑to‑day people matters
  • Ability to work to operational targets and KPIs and take corrective action
  • Clear, confident communicator and visible, hands‑on leader on the warehouse floor
