Medicine's 35th Reunion
Support the smooth running of the event by helping with set-up, decorating the bar area, serving welcome drinks, and keeping the venue tidy throughout the evening.
This event is taking place in the evening, so someone who lives locally to the venue would be ideal, as they would not have to travel too far to get home.
Duties and responsibilities
- Helping set up the event before attendees arrive.
- Assisting the event manager with decorating the bar and surrounding areas.
- Pouring welcome drinks.
- Collecting glasses and cups throughout the evening and returning them to the bar.
- Picking up rubbish throughout the evening.
Skills and experience
Looking for 2 ambassadors who are friendly and driven to work at this event. Skills required are out going, able to follow instructions, attention to detail, will use their own initiative if they can see something needs to be done and helpful.
