Chef de Partie – Michelin-starred Murano, Mayfair | £16.71 p/h

Angela Hartnett’s Michelin-starred Murano is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the team in Mayfair. You’ll be working with exceptional produce, creating refined modern European dishes, and gaining invaluable experience alongside Angela and her kitchen brigade.

What we’re looking for:

• Have the desire to develop your knowledge and broaden your culinary skills
• Be able to run a section, where consistently, great food is the focus
• Have previously worked in a quality, fast paced kitchen
• At least 2 years experience as Chef de Partie (preferable on a Michelin starred kitchen)
• Always strive for excellence
