Job Description

The Role At Aristocrat, our mission is to bring happiness to life through the power of play. As a global leader in gaming content and technology, we continue to invest in innovative products and the future of play. As the Senior Manager, Digital Product Portfolio, you will help drive and mature our Digital portfolio management capabilities across Interactive and Product Madness. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Operations & Portfolio, you'll collaborate with Product, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Business Unit leaders to align roadmaps, commercial priorities, investment choices, portfolio performance, and business goals into a unified portfolio perspective. Your insights will assist leaders in evaluating tradeoffs, prioritizing opportunities, and making informed decisions that support portfolio success and sustained growth. What You'll Do Drive portfolio visibility, planning, and governance activities across the Digital portfolio. Partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Business Unit partners to align priorities, investment decisions, capacity plans, and commercialization strategies. Develop and maintain integrated portfolio views that highlight product performance, roadmap priorities, critical initiatives, portfolio composition, and growth opportunities. Lead prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff discussions that support investment and prioritization decisions. Identify opportunities, risks, dependencies, gaps, and concentration concerns, and suggest actions that support portfolio health and growth. Develop insights, scenarios, and decision-support materials that assist leaders in evaluating options and making informed decisions. Establish and evolve portfolio management frameworks, taxonomy, reporting standards, and planning processes that improve consistency and transparency. Improve tools, dashboards, reporting, and data access to increase visibility and support decision-making across the Digital business. Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform future planning and investment decisions. Build alignment across stakeholders by providing clear portfolio insights, recommendations, and decision-ready materials. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related area; equivalent experience will also be taken into account. 8+ years of experience in product operations, portfolio management, product management, long-term planning, business operations, program management, or a related function. Experience working with complex digital product, content, platform, or technology portfolios in a highly cross-functional environment. Understanding of Digital gaming businesses, including Social, RMG, iLottery, mobile gaming, or related digital product environments. Ability to connect product, commercial, financial, market, and operational inputs into clear portfolio insights and practical recommendations. Demonstrated experience supporting planning, prioritization, sequencing, investment, and portfolio tradeoff discussions with senior leadership. Analytical and structured problem-solver, comfortable working through complex, evolving, and distributed information. Skilled at coordinating portfolio-related work, managing competing priorities, and keeping alignment across functions. Strong collaborator management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across diverse teams. Clear communicator who can translate complex portfolio information into concise, executive-ready recommendations and materials. Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI; actively interested in bringing to bear AI / Copilot to improve portfolio analysis, planning, reporting, and decision support.
