Compliance Analyst | Corporate Bank | 45k-55k
- Support the Compliance Manager in enhancing and delivering the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme aligned with PRA and FCA requirements.
- Identify, assess, and monitor regulatory and financial crime risks, including assisting with CDD, sanctions screening, control testing, and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, such as policies, procedures, horizon scanning, and assessing the impact of new regulatory publications.
- Provide advisory and reporting support, including regulatory submissions, attestations, senior management reporting, and helping resolve internal and external compliance issues.
- Support broader compliance operations, including trade surveillance, voice/e-communications monitoring, covering for the Compliance Manager, and completing ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior compliance leadership.
