Capital Com (UK) Limited is seeking a Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer to support, and deputise for, the MLRO in meeting the firm's obligations under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (MLR 2017), the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA 2002) and the Terrorism Act 2000 (TA 2000). You will act as alternate nominated officer, keep the firm's financial crime controls running when the MLRO is absent, take SAR and escalation decisions in the MLRO's absence, and build the case history and judgement expected of a future SMF17 holder. You will sit within UK Compliance and report to the MLRO. The role covers CCUK only.
