Working Hours: 48 hours per week

About the Role
As an Event Manager , you'll be responsible for winning, planning, and delivering exceptional events across some of London's most prestigious venues. Based near Battersea Park Station , you’ll manage your own event portfolio from concept to execution — exceeding client expectations and driving business growth through creative proposals and premium service.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Relationships

• Craft tailored, competitive proposals to secure new business
  
• Host engaging client tastings that reflect Rocket’s high standards
  
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat bookings
  
• Identify and convert new business opportunities aligned with company growth
  
• Maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with key venues
  

Event Management

• Own your events from initial enquiry to delivery
  
• Collaborate with chefs and designers on bespoke menus and concepts
  
• Attend client meetings and site visits to ensure readiness
  
• Communicate requirements clearly across all departments
  
• Oversee third-party suppliers to ensure consistency and quality
  

On-Site & Team Support

• Represent Rocket at events, acting as a trusted client liaison
  
• Deliver each event flawlessly, meeting the highest standards
  
• Provide feedback to improve performance and maintain excellence
  
• Support junior team development and large-scale events
  
• Work with directors on business improvement initiatives
