We’re supporting a well established Glasgow law firm with the appointment of a Private Client & Property Solicitor. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, working across residential conveyancing, private client, and Wills/Estates matters in a highly supportive, technology driven environment.

This isn’t your conventional high street or commercial firm, they operate differently, embracing tech and AI to streamline processes, reduce costs, and provide exceptional client service. The role blends property and private client work, offering variety and the chance to develop broad technical expertise, including handling executries, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and guardianship matters.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll manage your own caseload of private client and property matters, advising on ownership structures, estate administration, and cross-disciplinary issues. You’ll collaborate closely with legal assistants and other solicitors, and during busy periods may assist with residential conveyancing work, embracing a collaborative “all hands on deck” approach.

Who we’re looking for:

• A qualified Scottish solicitor with experience in conveyancing and private client work
• Able to work independently, hitting the ground running and taking the lead
• Pragmatic, detail focused, and solutions oriented
• Interested in developing deeper technical expertise and thriving in a varied, hands on environment
