Reeson Education are supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Lambeth, South London who require a Graduate EAL TA (Spanish) to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be a recent Graduate with fluent written and spoken Spanish.

The role of the Graduate EAL TA (Spanish) is to support students with moderate learning difficulties and encourage learning across a variety of subjects and year groups.

• Supervise and provide particular support for students identified with EAL ensuring their safety and access to learning activities
• Establish constructive relationships with students and interact with them according to individual needs
• Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with students' learning
• Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to support students to achieve learning goals
• Assist with the planning of learning activities
