Role overview

We are seeking a highly driven Product Owner to define, deliver, and continuously optimise digital products within a fast-paced private-sector environment. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility come together to create high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial awareness, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of agile product development.

Technical requirements: ✔️

• Solid experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role within the private sector

• Proven ability to write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
  

• Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform product decisions
  

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centred design processes
  

• Working knowledge of APIs, software development lifecycle, and modern technology stacks
  

• Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and iterative product optimisation
  

• Proficient at stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
  

• Ability to translate business goals into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
