Temp Personal Assistant - August 17th - 21st
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished and proactive Temporary Personal Assistant to support the Director of an international advisory organisation that works with charities and non-profit organisations to strengthen their fundraising, strategy and long-term impact.
Based in Dubai, the Director is visiting London for a week of business meetings and is looking for a capable PA to ensure everything runs seamlessly. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll accompany the Director to meetings, coordinate logistics and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the week.
Dates: 17–21 August (inclusive)
Hours: Approximately 9:00am–5:00/6:00pm
Location: Central London (based from a hotel in St James's, with meetings across Central London)
Key PA Responsibilities
- Accompany the Director to meetings and take accurate meeting notes.
- Coordinate a busy diary, travel and meeting logistics.
- Liaise with the Dubai-based team to ensure seamless communication.
- Welcome clients and introduce the organisation in a professional manner.
- Provide general PA support and ensure the Director's week runs smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous PA or senior administrative experience.
- Confident travelling around Central London using the Tube.
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable.
- Warm, personable and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Able to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
- Available for the full assignment from 17–21 August.
