Relationship Manager UK

We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager in our London office for an exciting opportunity to work for our UK and RoW Relationship Management team, seeking to provide the highest levels of service to our premier international client base.

What you’ll be doing

• Forging trusting relationships with clients, turning transactions into lasting partnerships that spark success.
• Engaging directly and fulfilling the admin & fiduciary needs of our clients in the UK and RoW.
• Dive into customer needs, using insights as a compass to navigate their evolving objectives.
• Elevate existing relationships with innovative solutions that exceed goals.
• Ensure swift, precise delivery of products and services, orchestrating interactions like a well-choreographed dance.
• Act as the communication maestro, harmonising interactions between key customers internal teams, and third-party partners.
• Collaborate with management and teams, conjuring new products and unleashing cutting-edge technology.
• Vigilantly monitor customer activities, dancing to the compliance drumbeat for flawless performance.
• Learn from the Head of Relationship Management in our London office

About you, you have

• Excellent communication in written & spoken English, other languages spoken would also be a benefit
• Undergraduate Degree in Business Management, Finance, or similar
• Excellent communicator who can effortlessly build relationships
• Strong organisational skills
• Close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strive to improve existing and new products and processes
• Knowledge of KYC and AML would be a big bonus
