Associate Project Manager - Commercial
Archer Recruitment is currently supporting a leading global agent located in the West End of London to appoint an Associate Project Manager within its consultancy arm offering expert services and solutions to clients across various industries such as new build developments, industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, they strive to provide innovative and tailored solutions to the client's project management needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring successful execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple aspects of refurbishment and new build projects within the Commercial and Residential sectors.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse project teams.
Requirements:
- MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM chartered status is desirable.
- Strong CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employers Agent) experience.
- Business development experience is preferable, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of Project Managers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- A thorough understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
