Facilities Manager
An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced and commercially astute Facilities professional to take ownership of the operational environment across a portfolio of premium fitness studios.

The successful candidate will combine technical excellence with commercial awareness, ensuring every studio operates to the highest standards - visually, operationally, and compliantly.
Reporting into senior leadership, the Facilities Manager will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, capital projects, compliance, contractor management, and cost control, ensuring that every site delivers a first-class member experience while safeguarding the business’s long-term assets.
Salary: £50,000
Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).
