Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive – DACH (German-speaking)

Ready to be the engine behind a high-performing DACH sales operation? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed, customer-first Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive to keep German-speaking accounts running smoothly from orderbook to delivery — and to help level up the customer experience along the way.
Only fluent, professional or native German speakers will be considered.
What you’ll be doing
Owning sales ops and customer service for DACH accounts, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything moving, accurate, and on time.
- Build and manage orderbooks aligned to customer needs and business targets.
- Enter and maintain orders/data in-system (pricing, part numbers, VAS, customer details).
- Spot issues early: analyse orderbooks , flag blockers, and update customers & sales teams.
- Check every order is accurate, compliant, and customer-ready before shipping windows open.
- Support allocation and shipment prep , keeping communication tight with the warehouse.
- Help customers with pricing, credits, invoices, and terms .
- Bring ideas: share recurring issues and propose better ways of working.
What you’ll bring
We want someone who thrives on organisation, clarity, and making customers feel looked after.
- Fluent German (essential).
- 1–2 years’ office experience with real, measurable impact.
- Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills (you enjoy a tidy spreadsheet).
- Great communicator — clear, confident, and professional in English & German.
- STYLEman experience is a bonus, not a must.
