Talent Director
The Opportunity
A high-growth, digitally led beauty brand is hiring a Talent Director to shape its people and organisational strategy during a period of rapid scale. Operating in a founder-led environment, the business requires a senior leader to ensure it has the right structure, capability, and leadership in place to support continued growth.
The Role
This role owns talent strategy end-to-end, spanning organisation design, hiring, performance, development, and culture. The Talent Director will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team, moving the business from reactive hiring to intentional workforce planning and leadership development.
This is a commercial, pragmatic role suited to someone comfortable operating at pace in a scaling beauty or consumer business.
Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver a scalable talent and organisation strategy aligned to growth.
Lead org design, workforce planning, and role clarity across teams.
Own end-to-end hiring strategy and hiring frameworks.
Build performance, development, and succession frameworks.
Act as a cultural steward as the organisation scales.
Advise founders and senior leaders on people, structure, and change.
Candidate Profile
8+ years’ experience in senior talent or people leadership roles.
Background in high-growth beauty, DTC, or consumer brands .
Proven experience scaling teams and designing organisations.
Commercially minded, pragmatic, and credible at leadership level.
