Our client, a top-tier law firm renowned for its cutting-edge Intellectual Property work, is looking for a skilled and highly motivated IP Litigation Paralegal Manager to join their London office. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic paralegal team, supporting high-profile litigation in one of the firm’s most fast-paced and high-performing departments.
As IP Litigation Paralegal Manager you will manage and oversee a group of dedicated IP Paralegals, ensuring seamless support to lawyers, partners, and associates handling contentious IP matters. The position calls for someone who thrives under pressure, and can juggle competing priorities with calm efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation knowledge, ideally in IP along with managerial experience.
You will be overseeing trial preparation, document management, and courtroom logistics. The role involves close collaboration with partners and associates, managing bundles, filings, and hearing support. You'll also liaise with courts, counsel, and opposing teams to ensure smooth proceedings.
