We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of Quality Assurance & Oversight Associate

The job holder will be responsible for to support the control framework and service excellence of our Issuer Services Loan Agency business including Project & Export Finance and Secondary Loan Trading. The role will be responsible for monitoring operational processes across Agency deal and transaction set up, reviewing key metrics, assist in identifying risk, gaps or issues with our static set up, support ongoing training for our GSC and act as an escalation point for internal and external clients in consultation with our CSMs and Relationship Managers

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Perform Quality Assurance review of Loan Agency Transactions, including interest payments, principal repayments, fee processing, rate resets & lifecycle events.
• Assist GSC in complex queries on PEF / SLT
• Evaluate adherence to internal procedures, clients’ agreements, SLAs and market standard commitments
• Support ongoing training requirements, track findings and root causes, remediation actions and closure status feedings into our broader governance forums.
• Analyse trends from QA reviews and recommend process enhancements, automation opportunities and training needs
• Participate in control enhancements initiatives, and operating model improvements
• Maintain procedure documents, checklists and QA methodologies.
• Support GSC with any Audit / PWC reviews / spot checks or any policy ambiguity
• Coordinate exchanges with ISV Sector to work through issues and challenges raised
• Provide support to the Head of Operations as and when required

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Experience with Issuer Services Product Suite and loan servicing platforms, e.g. LoanIQ
• Relevant experience in Loan Agency Operations, syndicated loans and/or exposure to Project & Export Finance deals, Secondary Loan Trading experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, word and Power Point
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of loan agency products and syndicated lending lifecycle
• Knowledge of LMA documentation, loan notices, payment mechanics and covenant -related events preferred
