Forward Global is a leading economic intelligence, global advocacy, and cybersecurity firm with operations in Paris, London, Brussels, and Washington DC. Our London office specialises in Litigation and Dispute Support, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Investigations.
Main Responsibilities
Handling administrative tasks, including invoice management
Overseeing general office activities and operations
Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Coordinating and organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Assisting in HR functions such as recruitment and maintaining employee records
Liaison with Paris headquarter support functions and regular engagement with colleagues in the United States, Belgium and France.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role for a minimum of 24 months
Experience in financial processing
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent understanding of Microsoft and Google office platforms and Salesforce
Excellent command of English (written & spoken) and strong command of French (written & spoken)
Right to work in the United Kingdom (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
Occasional travel to Paris
