Hyde is looking for a Sales Progressor to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.
As a Sales Progressor at Hyde, you will support the Sales Manager with the disposal of residential void stock and assist on portfolio and land sales. You'll play a vital role in progressing legal documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth end-to-end delivery of property sales. This role would suit someone with a background in sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency work.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate with solicitors and agents to progress property sales, including void asset and tenanted portfolio disposals
- Prepare legal briefing packs, monitor sales performance, and validate offer prices against business plans
- Attend conveyancing and treasury meetings and complete contract authorisations
- Report weekly on sales activity and agent KPIs, and support in preparing internal updates and documentation
- Manage post-completion communications and assist with legal due diligence on land sales

- Proven experience in sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency
