Retail Senior Client Lead – Personalisation

We’re looking for a retailer facing Senior Client Lead on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with a strong personalisation and activation focus who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner and work hand in hand with Tesco’s Insight, Personalisation and Media teams. You’ll work in partnership with data scientists to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and continue to drive customer‑centricity and deliver business value to both Tesco and dunnhumby.
What we expect from you
- Experience building strong client relationships and managing stakeholders, establishing trust with new and existing clients to become a true partner.
- Strong understanding of personalisation, loyalty or media proposition mechanics, and the levers retailers can use to drive customer relevance at speed and scale.
- Experience unlocking commercial value through more relevant and timely products, services or experiences for customers.
- Ability to identify opportunities for increased supplier investment, measurement and optimisation.
- Experience analysing data to solve challenging problems and deliver business value; confident translating insight into clear, compelling messages.
- A natural problem solver, with a sharp, curious mind and the confidence to proactively pursue opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives for different stakeholders and deliver work on schedule.
Backgrounds may include media, marketing, personalisation, loyalty, retail, consulting or insight led commercial roles.
