Senior Residential Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join a reputable and well-established law firm based in North London.
The firm is seeking a confident and commercially minded solicitor to join its successful Property team, handling a varied caseload of high-quality residential property transactions alongside real estate finance, bridging finance and secured lending matters.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Handling complex and high-value residential property transactions.
- Advising on real estate finance matters, including bridging loans, secured lending, refinancing and property-backed finance transactions.
- Acting on lender and borrower-side transactions, including reviewing security documentation and conducting property due diligence.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers and other professionals throughout transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
- An experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a strong technical background.
- Confident handling complex residential property transactions independently.
- Experience or exposure to real estate finance, bridging finance and secured lending matters would be highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent client relationship management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver a high standard of client service.
