Head of Marketing

TraqCheck is a London-based AI-powered HR technology company that specialises in automated background verification and talent sourcing. We are revolutionising human collaboration with our innovative Human OS, an advanced intelligence platform that seamlessly connects people, data, and decisions in real-time.

TraqCheck is seeking a full-time Head of Marketing to join our team in London. Reporting directly to senior management, you will build and lead TraqCheck's marketing function. This means combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You'll set the direction and do much of the early delivery yourself.

You'll work closely with our Sales and Product teams to develop positioning that resonates with buyers in SMB, enterprise and regulated markets, while building the demand generation engine that turns awareness into pipeline.

Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful time in a scale-up environment
• Demonstrable experience building or significantly evolving a marketing function
• Strong demand generation background with a track record of pipeline contribution
• Comfortable working closely with sales teams and aligning to revenue goals
• Ability to translate complex or technical product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• High ownership mindset — comfortable in fast-moving environments with limited structure
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
