Overview Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing Stella McCartney's talent acquisition strategy. This role predominantly supports the UK Head Office functions (Design, Marketing & Communications, Creative Image, Merchandising and other General Support functions), however it may also support the HRBP's with various regional roles in Italy, US and Japan. The TA Manager will act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and culture to attract candidates who are passionate about Stella McCartney. Location: London, Head Office Hybrid policy: 4 days per week in the office Your Mission:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and the people & culture roadmap to ensure the strategic priorities are met.
  • Develop strong relationships and build trust with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, people partners, and the executive leadership team.
  • Proactively collaborate with the people partners regarding team changes in their respective areas, with the ability to react quickly to urgent needs.
  • Identify key talent needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the luxury retail market and the talent landscape.
  • Stay current on trends and developments in the industry.
  • Continuously network with industry professionals to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop comprehensive market mapping for creative and difficult-to-hire roles.
  • Develop relationships with relevant Universities to engage early careers talent.
  • Partner with marketing and communications to develop and execute employer branding initiatives.
  • Implement measures to ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Develop and implement best practices for interviewing, assessment, and selection, this includes delivering training to hiring managers
  • Track and analyse key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction and Glassdoor reviews.
  • Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, continuously evaluating the PSL.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure that all candidates are treated fairly and equitably.
Your Talent:
  • Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition role with specialist experience in hiring Designers and Creative talent.
  • Deep existing knowledge and experience of the luxury fashion industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactive, adaptable and resilient
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices in line with local laws
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition technologies.
  • Global recruitment experience is desirable.
