You’ll join one of the most dynamic teams at GUS, producing high-impact presentations, videos, and storytelling assets that support the CEO’s vision. You’ll turn ideas into clear, creative outputs that shape the Group’s most critical conversations.
In addition to executive work, the role will support the Corporate Communications team, ensuring consistent, accessible, and visually excellent outputs across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design branding, digital, video, and presentation materials for the C-suite and the board
- Translate business goals into compelling visual and design stories.
- Present concepts and finished work directly to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Support the CEO with real-time, often urgent creative requests— including late evening/weekend work as needed .
- Experiment with cutting-edge AI platforms (e.g. Invideo, DALL·E, GEO3) to push creative boundaries.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Comms team to ensure design consistency.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, timelines, and last-minute briefs.

What You Bring
- Experience in senior design roles (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience designing for executive audiences (C-suite, board, investors).
- Strong portfolio spanning brand, digital, video, and strategic storytelling .
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, Figma (or equivalents).
- Comfortable creating designs at both speed and scale, from daily requests to full rebrands.
- Experience with AI design tools (e.g. Invideo, DALL·E, GEO3 , etc.) with a curiosity for emerging tech.
- Strong UI/UX skills , especially for responsive web and platform experiences.
Working Hours & Location
- Responsiveness and adaptability are critical to succeed in this role.
- Flexibility required for evening, weekend work or short-notice requests
- Standard hours: 9 am–6 pm , Monday to Friday
- Hybrid model : 2 days in-office (London), 3 days remote
- Additional hours will be offset through flexible scheduling, ensuring time is recovered when workloads peak
