Job Overview:

As an Onboarding Analyst, you'll become a crucial cog in the dynamic machinery that drives the business. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to ensure new customers and crypto service providers alike comply with the highest standards of client due diligence, Know Your Client (KYC) protocols, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Don't worry, you won't have to decode any blockchains, just the needs and aspirations of our diverse customer base.

Here's what you'll be doing:

As an Onboarding Analyst, you'll be expected to:

• Support the onboarding process of new customers and crypto service providers, maintaining a laser focus on the paperwork, reviews, and approvals.
• Guide and support Sales and Clients to manage statutory and regulatory information.
• Perform Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks, identifying risk factors and escalating findings as necessary.
• Manage screening and alerts related to various stakeholders and dispose of false positive alerts.
• Implement control frameworks related to CDD and Alert Management, ensuring cases are complete and recorded timely and accurately.
• Engage with key stakeholders like CEOs, Sales team, and Compliance Officers.

Here are the skills you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services or Customer Onboarding
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for managing ambiguity
• Prior knowledge of crypto-assets and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) is a big plus
• Experience working in a diverse team
