Contract: 6 to12-month contract (renewable)
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Office Assistant to help create a welcoming and well-organised office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career , including recent graduates or candidates with limited or some professional experience who are eager to learn.
In this role, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the office while being one of the first people that employees and visitors interact with. You’ll work closely with the London Office Coordinator and learn how a busy office operates while developing valuable workplace skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Office Assistant, you’ll help support the smooth running of the London office and assist the team with a variety of day-to-day tasks.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming visitors and helping create a friendly office environment
- Supporting the general upkeep and presentation of the office
- Helping maintain shared areas such as meeting rooms, kitchens, and breakout spaces
- Assisting with office supplies and ensuring stock is replenished when needed
- Helping coordinate deliveries and working with suppliers when required
- Supporting basic office administration and answering the main phone line
- Assisting with organising team activities and social events such as Cake Fridays or office celebrations
- Helping coordinate travel or hotel bookings for team members when required
- Working with colleagues across other offices to help keep processes aligned
You’ll receive guidance from the Office Coordinator and other team members as you build your experience.
