Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative English teacher to join our female student stream within a fast-paced online English program. This position is ideal for a teacher who can confidently manage large, mixed-level classes, contribute actively to curriculum design, and adapt quickly to dynamic teaching demands.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, high-impact online English lessons to students in the female stream, aligned with our established curriculum.
Design and develop new lessons and materials, contributing creative ideas to enhance content quality and learner engagement.
Manage and motivate large, mixed-proficiency groups of teenage learners in live online settings.
Use a variety of digital tools and EdTech platforms to support differentiated instruction and active participation.
Track student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to drive improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum content and optimize lesson delivery.
Perform effectively in a fast-paced, adaptive environment, maintaining high standards with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field or a recognized TESOL / CELTA certification.
Minimum 3 years of English teaching experience, including experience teaching teens and online or hybrid delivery.
Proven ability to teach mixed-level classes and sustain strong engagement in large groups.
Native or near-native English proficiency, with strong communication and classroom management skills.
Confident use of educational technology and online instructional tools.
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable.
