Main purpose of role

Lead and manage marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive impactful campaigns. Collaborate across teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, ensuring effective delivery of outcomes and strong customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Implementation

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to elevate brand presence.
  • Create, implement, and monitor multichannel campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and measure ROI effectively.

Content and Brand Management

  • Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and design across all platforms.
  • Develop high-quality marketing content, including blogs, reports, and presentations, to establish thought leadership and engage target audiences.

Digital Marketing and Analytics

  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, PPC, and email campaigns.
  • Utilize marketing analytics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to produce marketing collateral and resources.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.

Market Research and Reporting

  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Report marketing performance and campaign success to key stakeholders.

The success of the Marketing Manager will be measured by:

  • Achievement of marketing campaign objectives, including lead generation and engagement targets.
  • Delivery of brand awareness initiatives that result in measurable improvements in market positioning.
  • Efficient and impactful allocation of the marketing budget.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to align marketing goals with wider business objectives.

Skills required for the role

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in managing multichannel marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
