Senior Network Engineer

Opticore IT are currently searching for a Senior Network Engineer to join our existing team within our Broadcast Media client working on a large scale relocation project. You'll join our excelling team, based in the London area 2 days a week.

Opticore IT is a specialist Network Engineer and Project Management consultancy offering a wide variety of opportunities to work within fast-paced, challenging environments across our client base spanning multiple sectors including Finance, Broadcast Media, Telecommunications and more.

What you'll be doing:

• Producing all network low level designs for the new location
• Build, deploy and test the new network
• Deploy WAN Services with the support of BT
• Support UAT
• Support migration of personnel to the new location
• Decommission the old site and perform KT

What you'll bring:

• Strong Routing and Switching
• Multicast
• BGP
• MPLS
• Datacentre WAN Edge
• Producing LLD's
• Good comms to interact with peers and the project management team.
