THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on pastry chef to take ownership of our sweet bakery production. We
make premium, handmade products with natural ingredients and care deeply about flavour, consistency and
presentation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Produce cookies, cakes and our wider sweet bakery range
• Prepare fresh creams, pastry creams, custards and fillings
• Fill, decorate and finish doughnuts to a consistently high standard
• Organise production against a demanding daily schedule
• Take responsibility for food hygiene, allergen controls, cleaning and safe storage within your department
• Manage ingredients, stock rotation and waste
• Work closely with the bakers and front-of-house team
• Contribute ideas for seasonal specials and product development
ABOUT YOU
• Experienced in professional pastry or premium bakery production
• Confident working independently and taking ownership of a department
• Skilled in cakes, cookies, creams, fillings and decorative finishing
• Organised, dependable and calm under pressure
• Committed to exceptional food hygiene and careful attention to detail
• A collaborative colleague with a genuine passion for quality ingredients
