Cross Network Product Owner

About the role:
The Cross Network Product Owner is a new position within the Cross Network Team.
You will have management responsibility for Solution Analysts and will have ownership of the full product life cycle from business requirements gathering to design, delivery, performance and improvement of InPost’s International products.
The aim of the role is to define, build and deliver to the business, cross network (XN) products boosting volume, profit and growth for InPost International business.
The cross-network product and solutions team is responsible for documentation and communications around the XN product, including product development and change management principles. Qualifications in these areas are beneficial but not a must.
What you’ll be doing:
This role must be a proactive liaison between commercial, operational, IT, customer service, and financial departments across all the InPost business units, ensuring smooth cooperation and coordination of cross network product development.
Examples of the type of initiatives/products developments could be:
• A new international service to be rolled out across all our markets
• A change to the existing offer that enhances SLA or reduces cost
• Entering a new market via Partnership
• Providing a customs clearance solution
• Adding features in line with the company strategy like increased communications or brand loyalty
Key Tasks:
• Feeding into the Cross Network roadmap and ensuring all relevant parties are aligned to deliver against it
• Scoping and mapping the business solution designs for Cross Network partnerships
• Benchmarking other markets for competitor service and coverage using qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Utilizing and improving product processes between InPost Group business units with a shared goal of Cross Network expansion
• Working with technology teams to capture user requirements and drive the design of quality technical solutions that support new or XN products in development
• Managing a core team of analysts through coaching, motivating and personal competencies to deliver the key development and maintenance objectives
• Coordinating team activities aimed at process optimization and the introduction of innovative logistics solutions
• Ensuring the successful delivery of product vision, roadmap realization, prioritization, and the overall lifecycle of the product portfolios
• Liaising around product performance with all key stakeholders, particularly the market commercial teams and managing the continuous improvement of the product via suitable ticketing and escalation processes
• Building and maintaining relationships with any relevant external partners and other departments within the organization.
• Participating in strategic planning and communication within the management team.

• Strong experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or international services
• Proven ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements through delivery and continuous improvement
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional products across multiple teams, systems, or markets
• People management experience, including coaching and development of analysts or product team members
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as a bridge between Commercial, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Service
• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
