Team Manager - Active & Resortwear
Harvey Nichols is seeking a Team Manager to join our Active & Resortwear Department in Knightsbridge, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. About the Role
As the Team Manager , you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, people management, and overall performance of the Active & Resortwear department. You will:
Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and embody the Harvey Nichols brand values.
Drive sales performance, setting clear targets and KPIs, and ensuring the team consistently achieves commercial goals.
Coach and develop team members, identifying individual strengths and opportunities for growth through regular feedback, training, and mentoring.
Oversee client experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm, memorable, and personalised interaction that reflects our luxury positioning.
Champion visual merchandising standards, ensuring the space always reflects our refined, modern aesthetic and aligns with brand guidelines.
Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, implementing strategic initiatives to maximise profitability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with visual, marketing, and buying teams to support new launches, activations, and in-store events.
Maintain operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and efficient stock management.
Foster a positive team culture, promoting creativity, accountability, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate flexibility and commitment, supporting the team across evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
