The Work
- Lead restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Manage shifts, deploy crew, and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle cash, authorise employee functions, and maintain cleanliness
- Complete shift management meetings, utilising required tools and forms
- Work safely around cooking equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Recognise and analyse problems, set goals, and create action plans to solve them
- Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best
What You Need
- GCSEs or equivalent
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience with specific restaurant management software
- Fluent in additional languages
