Patent Paralegal c£45,000 - London/Hybrid
A leading IP law firm is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their Patents team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of intellectual property matters. Hybrid working is also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and generate professional correspondence.
- Prepare and file patent and design applications.
- Manage client portfolios and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor deadlines closely to ensure compliance.
- Raise invoices and support billing processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous Patent Paralegal/Secretarial experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent team player with effective communication skills.
- Experience with IP systems and procedures is highly desirable.
