Escalator Engineer (Nights)

Join us as an Escalator Engineer for night shifts in Greater London. You'll maintain and repair escalators and moving walkways across major transport hubs, with a structured 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Enjoy exposure to high-profile London projects without extensive regional travel.

Key Details

• Pay: Up to £85,000 (incl OTE) based on skills and experience level, Paid Door to Door
• Hours: 19:00 – 7:00, 12-hour shifts with 45-minute unpaid break
• Location: Greater London (including Gatwick & Stansted rail stations)
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

The Work

• Maintain, service, and repair escalators and moving walkways
• Fault-find and keep critical passenger equipment operating safely and reliably
• Work on various equipment from KONE, Schindler, Anlev, and Otis
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain site log cards

What You Need

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering
• Experience: Proven experience working on escalators and moving walkways
• Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential

Desirable

• Experience working in a rail or transport environment
