EQL EdTech is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious UK-based education provider that runs academically rigorous, residential summer programmes for high-performing 13–18-year-olds. We’re seeking talented postgraduate tutors to deliver small-group academic sessions in world-renowned university settings.

• Business Management
• Software Development & Gaming
• Engineering
• Physics

📆 Programme Details:

• Dates: Late June to mid-August (in 2-week blocks – flexibility to commit to one or more)
• Location: University college campuses in Oxford and Cambridge (accommodation and meals provided)
• Format: In-person teaching with pre-prepared syllabi and full academic support
• Compensation: Competitive pay + travel expenses + full board accommodation

Requirements

You Must:

• Be currently studying (or recently graduated) for a Master’s or PhD at a leading university (e.g. Ivy League, Oxbridge, UCL, LSE, Imperial, etc.)
• Have strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for inspiring the next generation through education
• Be confident delivering lessons to high-performing students aged 13–18
• Be available for at least one full 2-week block between late June and mid-August 2025
• Be fluent in English (native or near-native level)
• Be professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a residential academic setting
