Technology Project Manager
Location | United Kingdom (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and quality expectations are consistently met.
Working in a collaborative environment, you will manage projects aligned to the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework and agreed delivery methodologies, coordinating across internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver small to medium-sized customer projects while supporting Delivery Leads on larger engagements
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change control to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Prepare project documentation, maintain governance, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, analysts, and specialists to drive project success
- Build strong customer and vendor relationships, resolving delivery challenges and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Support presales activities, scope definition, and identify growth opportunities within existing projects
- Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across project teams
