Role: The Moore Group is seeking a Project Manager / Financial Support to champion projects, financial support, forecasting, and business performance analysis initiatives for global clients. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
  • Solid expertise in project methodologies, planning processes, and change-management techniques, with the ability to apply them appropriately across different delivery contexts.
  • Strong understanding of risk-management principles, with the capability to identify, assess, manage, and control risks and their impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience of project monitoring and reporting, producing clear, accurate and timely updates for stakeholders and governance forums.
Forward-looking Project Financial Support:
  • Budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Variance analysis (actuals vs. plan).
  • Financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Business performance insights for leadership.
  • Helping leadership understand where the business is going and what actions to take.
Project Reporting:
  • Producing accurate and timely project and financial information.
  • Monthly/quarterly financial support packages.
  • Management reporting (KPIs, dashboards).
  • Consolidation across business units.
  • Regulatory or statutory reporting.
  • Ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into project performance.
Controls:
  • Risk management and compliance.
  • Designing and testing internal controls (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Process documentation and standardization.
  • Identifying control gaps and remediation.
  • Supporting internal/external audits.
  • Ensure financial processes are accurate, compliant, and minimal risk.
Transactional Support:
  • Day-to-day financial operations.
  • Invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • General ledger entries.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 6 years of experience in project management and corporate finance. Big 4 financial experience preferred.
  • Background: Strong project management with financial support.
  • Communications: Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills : Advanced Excel; experience with preferred project management planning tools.
  • Certifications : PMP and/or similar qualifications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
