Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the English department, providing guidance and support to teachers

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of English education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience
- Proven experience as a Head of English or in a similar leadership role
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
