US Assistant Trading Manager - FTC 12 Months

The Role

We’re on the lookout for a driven and digitally-savvy eCommerce specialist to join us as US eCommerce Assistant Trading Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London. This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all eCommerce trading activities across the US market.

You will drive digital performance by optimising the trading calendar, enhancing customer journeys, and unlocking sales opportunities through insightful data analysis and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour. The US eCommerce Assistant Trading Manager is responsible for meeting the US budget and is a key role that sits at the heart of our growth strategy collaborating across digital, creative, marketing and customer services to position NEOM Wellbeing as the leading digital wellness brand, delivering an exceptional online experience rooted in wellbeing and innovation.

What You Will Do

• Drive US trading activity aligned with commercial goals and seasonal plans.
• Report on site performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Align internal teams around the US digital trading strategy.
• Optimise trading calendar and onsite experience for engagement and conversion.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver US revenue, margin, and budget targets with robust forecasting.
• Manage US site content delivery with Design and Copy teams.
• Lead CRO strategy through testing and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate on US stock forecasting and NPD planning.
• Shape US product assortment and promotional bundles.
• Ensure brand consistency across US channels.
• Mentor the Trading Assistant and foster team development.
• Partner with Commercial team to share US insights and accelerate growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ eCommerce trading experience
• US market trading experience is desirable but not essential
• Proficient with Shopify and data-led trading
• Strong commercial, forecasting, and budget skills
• Experience in stock and markdown planning
• Organised, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
• Excellent communicator and team collaborator
• Passionate about digital and wellbeing
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive mindset
