Private PA to UHNWI - travel to Dubai

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private PA to support a UHNWI who is primarily based in Dubai and travels to London every other month. This Private PA role will require a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual who is happy to travel to Dubai for one week each month to provide in-person support. Our client is a highly prominent individual who values professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. As their Private PA, you will be based at their private residence in Central London and be accustomed to delivering a seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

This position is perfectly suited to a smart, sharp, and self-motivated Private PA who thrives on ensuring every aspect of their Principal's life runs like clockwork. No 2 days will be the same, so we are looking for a Private PA with high energy, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail. To be successful, you should have a strong network of contacts and an appreciation for the finer things in life, including art, luxury dining, and exclusive experiences. In addition to this, we are looking for a Private PA who has experience with house renovations/projects. Above all, you will have a proactive, solutions-focussed approach and the ability to anticipate your Principal's needs.

Private PA responsibilities will include managing personal lifestyle needs, house management, local logistics, and representing the family. As the Principal's trusted right hand, this role requires someone who is mature, approachable, and able to maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality. We are seeking a confident, highly organised, and motivated individual who is always willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional support.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting HNW or UHNW individuals or families in a Private PA capacity. Core working hours are 9am – 6pm, although flexibility is needed.
