  • EYFS Learning Support Assistant – Daily Pay: £95–£110 (depending on experience)
Are you a nurturing and proactive EYFS Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? Do you have experience working in Early Years settings and supporting children with a range of developmental needs? Are you looking for a rewarding EYFS Learning Support Assistant role where you can help young learners thrive in both classroom and sensory environments? The Role – EYFS Learning Support Assistant We are currently looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hackney. This role involves working with a small group of children (1:3 ratio), providing both in-class support and guidance in sensory rooms designed to aid emotional regulation and engagement. As an EYFS Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies, promote communication, and help pupils develop socially, emotionally, and academically. This role is perfect for someone with a calm and patient approach, a strong understanding of child development, and experience with SEN strategies such as sensory play, visual supports, and structured routines.
