The Work
- Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations
- Manage shifts, ensuring operations meet our high standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead our dedicated team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented restaurant
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling cash and managing staff
What You Need
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
- GCSEs or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Raising Cane’s
