Location: London Farringdon
Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4.30pm finish on a Friday)
The Content Delivery Lead Mission:
Creative & Content is the Pentland Centre of Excellence for development and production of best-in-class, creative content. We want to build a content factory that powers Pentland’s brands to be the most famous, the most relevant, the most desired and the easiest to purchase. We want to tell beautiful stories about our brilliant brands, stories that bridge between creative communications and creative selling. We need to be ‘chefs at the pass’ for the brands delivering consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. We will have digital baked into everything we do – we will always start with our consumers and then build ideas around their behaviour.
As a Content Delivery Lead, you will lead the planning, creation, and delivery of high-quality content that supports Pentland brands, product marketing, and demand strategies. You will collaborate with the digital, social and editorial and brand teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring briefs are complete, resources and schedules are maintained, and communicate effectively with the various stakeholders.
How you'll drive success:
Content Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with Digital, Social and Editorial, and Brand teams to develop and deliver a content strategy that supports campaigns, thought leadership, and demand generation.
Creative Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop artworking team, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, and professional growth.
Content Production Oversight: Own the content workflow and production calendar, from briefing through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Digital, Social, and Brands to adapt master assets into engaging, accessible content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice, maintaining consistency across all markets and platforms.
Channel Delivery: Oversee the production of a wide range of content formats — including web copy, blogs, sales enablement materials, design assets, and multimedia.
Measurement & Optimisation: Define and track key performance indicators for content, using data to inform future planning and improve impact.
AI & Technology Integration : Champion the use of AI and emerging tools (e.g., writing assistants, design accelerators, project management automations) to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and optimise content performance.
Innovation & Best Practice: Champion creative thinking, explore new formats, and ensure content keeps pace with digital and industry trends.

What you'll need to thrive:
2+ years of experience in content marketing or creative management, preferably in the sports or fashion industry.
Proven experience managing design teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand.
Strong project management skills with experience overseeing content calendars and production workflows with proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools.
Excellent design skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and formats.
Familiarity with brand guidelines, design principles, and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies to improve team efficiency and output quality.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure and optimise content performance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
