TeacherActive is recruiting on behalf of a supportive and inclusive primary setting in Bow, Tower Hamlets for an experienced and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher .

This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher with strong, sound knowledge of Special Educational Needs who is confident delivering tailored and structured learning to pupils with additional needs. The successful candidate will plan and deliver differentiated lessons, adapt learning materials to meet individual needs, and create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

You will work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals to implement EHCPs, track progress, and apply effective strategies to support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties. The ability to manage behaviour positively and consistently is essential.

The school is committed to inclusion and provides a collaborative and supportive leadership team. This role would suit a resilient, patient, and proactive teacher who is passionate about improving outcomes for children with SEN.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong practical knowledge of SEN within a primary setting

• Experience implementing EHCPs and delivering differentiated learning
