About the Role
As a Mortgage Administrator , you’ll play a key role in managing the full post-application process, from submission through to completion. You’ll liaise with brokers, lenders, and solicitors to ensure every case is handled with accuracy, speed, and care. Your organisational skills will help keep cases moving efficiently, ensuring clients enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Mortgage Brokers by managing mortgage applications from submission to completion.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to obtain updates and documentation.
- Prepare and check documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain internal systems and CRM databases with up-to-date case notes.
- Monitor case progress proactively, identifying and resolving any issues quickly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold compliance standards at all times.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5:30pm
- Location: Hornchurch, Essex

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong understanding of the mortgage process from application to completion
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Confident liaising with clients, brokers, and solicitors
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
