Job Title: General Practice Nurse – Surbiton
Location: Surbiton
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP practice team in Surbiton . This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys long term condition management, health promotion and building relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
- Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
- Support the practice immunisation programme.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
- Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
- Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
