Property Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a reputable and well-established law firm based in North London.
The firm is seeking a motivated and organised Paralegal to join its busy Property team, assisting with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters alongside exposure to real estate finance transactions.
The Role:
- Assisting fee earners with residential sales, purchases and remortgages.
- Supporting on real estate finance matters, including secured lending transactions.
- Drafting legal documents, preparing contracts and managing post-completion formalities.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors.
- Conducting property searches, Land Registry applications and due diligence.
- Previous experience as a Residential Property Paralegal.
- Exposure to real estate finance or secured lending would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
