- Medical Degree (2)
- Full GMC registration (2)
- MRCP/FRCA/MRCS/MRCEM (2)
- Ability to take responsibility for assessment and clinical care of patients (2)
- Completion of Foundation Training or equivalent. (2)
- Experience of NHS or similar healthcare system (2)
- 6 months post FY1 experience in intensive care, anaesthesia or medicine
- Skills appropriate for a junior doctor in intensive care (2)
- Valid ALS or CALS qualification. (2)
- Completed QIP or audit in intensive care. (2)
- Critical Care course, conference. (2)
- Knowledge appropriate to the role of junior doctor on intensive care (2)
- Postgraduate medical qualification. (2)
- Ability to manage priorities and work within a team (2)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (2)
- Non-technical skills training (2)
- Management course (2)
- Previous publications (2)
- Clear career aim (2)
